We are pleased to welcome Leah Holland, JD to Leach Law!

A Faribault County native, Leah continues to make the area her home with her family—bringing clients the benefit of deep local roots and a steadfast commitment to the community.
Leah offers a uniquely valuable approach to legal practice, combining her legal expertise with compassionate guidance and strategic planning.

Before beginning her law career, Leah was a licensed Occupational Therapist and served as Manager of the Rehab Therapies Department at United Hospital District, where she helped individuals overcome physical and functional challenges. Her background in healthcare honed her skills in complex problem-solving and empathetic communication—qualities that now enhance her ability to truly understand and advocate for her clients’ needs.

After earning her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Leah gained experience representing clients in civil litigation and family law. She now focuses her practice on transactional law, assisting clients with proactive planning and issue resolution to prevent disputes before they arise.

Leah believes that successful legal outcomes are built on active listening and collaboration. She is dedicated to working closely with each client, guiding them through complex matters with clarity, care, and foresight.

I'm registered for Chicago Marathon in October this year. I decided to run this year to benefit Parkinson's Foundation. This disease is close to my heart with many friends and clients who have suffered with Parkinson’s. Please help me reach my fundraising goal!
