Happy April, everyone! Spring is here, and more people are enjoying the great outdoors and the roads! That's why it is a great time to remind you to watch for motorcycles!

many motorcycle crashes occur because a driver does not see the motorcycle? Check your mirrors and blind spots diligently before changing lanes or turning.

Also, please don't tailgate a motorcycle! Maintain a safe distance to allow for sudden stops or maneuvers by the motorcyclist.

Lastly, respect on the roads goes both ways. Motorcyclists, please wear the proper gear, stay alert, and watch for leftover winter damage and debris, such as extra salt on the roads, potholes, and gravel.

Great post — lawyers forget over time that they speak a different language and that it is their problem — not the client’s. The only language that is important is that of the client.

Communicating to people as a lawyer can be a tricky task, especially if someone is not well versed in speaking with clients.
