After graduating from Albany Law School, Bill worked for Goldman Sachs as a Staff Attorney. There, he developed and implemented tax-saving strategies for businesses and individuals in a wide variety of areas. Bill is an expert financial planner, specializing in risk management, asset allocation, and cash flow analysis. Bill was named a partner of the company.
