We are so excited to celebrate the successul closing of this commercial development project! This one was truly a team effort, requiring a tremendous amount of work, attention to detail, and all hands on deck from our Good Deeds Title Company team.

Our buyer wishes to remain anonymous, but we couldn't let this closing go by without celebrating with them! So, we gathered the crew, grabbed our "Just Closed" sign, and even brought in a very special buyer to join the picture. 😂☕

We are incredibly proud of the work our team put into this file and grateful for the opportunity to help bring this development to the closing table. Congratulations to our buyer -- we are honored to have been trusted with such an important transaction! ♥
