Congratulations to Adam Eggleston on his NOT GUILTY verdict in Schnectady City Court today after a 4 day trial. Adam did an excellent job representing his client’s interests in the face of a DA’s office who was unreasonable in its offers and unaware of the weaknesses in their case. Adam is one of the best criminal attorneys in New York State and his clients are always well served with his skill, intelligence, and personality. Anyone charged with a crime in NY would be well served having this young legend on their side. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

O'Brien & Eggleston is now officially up and rolling for your criminal defense needs. Kevin O'Brien and Adam Eggleston have been working together as a team defending their client's rights for nearly a decade. We are exited to bring this new firm together for our clients, continue working to hold the government accountable, and securing excellent results for our clients.

The new firm will have almost no impact on our clients as Adam and Kevin were working together at O'Brien & Wood, PLLC for the last three years. However the new firm does confirm what most people who have worked with Adam have known all along. Adam Eggleston is a bad ass defense attorney who deserves to have a more involved roll at the firm and will be helping to shape the future of O'Brien & Eggleston as a partner.

While O'Brien & Wood no longer exists. We want to wish Andrew Wood nothing but success in his continued practice in the field of matrimonial and family law. Should you need an attorney in this area, Andrew is still ready, willing, and able to help you get through that difficult situation. O'Brien & Wood had a great run but it simply made more sense to split Andrew and Kevin's unique practices into two firms moving forward.

O'Brien & Eggleston will remain at 12 Sheridan Avenue in Albany. Andrew Wood will be practicing at the same address as well under the name of Andrew H. Wood, Esq. PLLC.

O'Brien & Eggleston will be servicing the same areas and types of cases that Kevin and Adam have always worked on. O'Brien & Eggleston is also fortunate to have the best paralegal/office administrator in the game staying with them. Taylor Kaun will be staying with Kevin and Adam, keeping the dream team intact.
