After 8 years of proudly serving the San Luis Valley, Justin Tucker Law is excited to announce an important update. Beginning December 1st, we will be focusing our practice on Family Law, providing dedicated support for divorce, custody, parenting time, and other family matters.

As part of this shift, we will no longer be accepting civil law cases, allowing us to devote our full attention to families and the legal issues that matter most to them.

We’re also pleased to continue offering full Estate Planning services, as well as Mediation support as a cost-effective option for resolving disputes.
