📋 If there is something you want to take with you when you move, make sure you tell your real estate agent so they can make it clear in the contract that those items stay 👉 Such things might include a stained glass light fixture that was given to you from a family member, or a deep freezer that you have in the laundry room, or even a fire pit that looks like it fits right in the middle of that patio 🔥 It is probably a good idea to remove these from the home before showings begin. But, if that isn't an option, your agent can put it in the notes, so the buyers know it isn't going to be left behind for them.

You may end up in a whole different country 🌎 As a buyer, you want to know exactly what your numbers look like so you can look at homes that you can afford. If you don't talk to a lender first, you may end up loving a home that is in a whole different price range 💸 the good news is that I know a few that I can refer you to!
