This means that while our office is currently open for normal business hours, our receptionist and other administrative staff are off on Fridays beginning at Noon. These Summer Hours allow our administrative staff to spend more time with their families, relaxing and recharging.

We are pleased to announce Jeff Knoll as Managing Partner of the firm. Jeff succeeds John Krajewski, who led the firm in that role for the last twenty years. Jeff is looking forward to leading the firm that Mike Stark and Jeff’s father, Tom Knoll, founded in 1985.

Jeff’s practice encompasses general business and corporate law, real estate, commercial leasing, business succession planning and commercial lending. Jeff serves on local community boards, including PEG’s Foundation, and is a member of the Akron Bar, Ohio State Bar and American Bar Associations.

As Jeff assumes the reins of the firm, he also extends the firm’s thanks to John for his vision and dedication in leading the firm for so many years. John’s leadership positioned Stark & Knoll as a successful and highly respected regional law firm, ensuring the firm’s future growth. Although he is retiring from his Managing Partner role, John will continue to actively practice law and will remain a valued advisor and integral member of the firm.
