Our team connected with these buyers from another agent (we love and appreciate your referrals 🥰). They were relocating their large family from Texas to Ohio. Split between multiple airbnb's while we searched for something, selling their Texas house while living here in Ohio, and making sure we timed up both contracts perfectly could've been a nightmare.
