So if Santa’s listening… here’s what we’re hoping shows up under the tree this year:

- Fuzzy slippers — TC uniform approved
- Dual monitor stand — because one screen is never enough
- Blue-light glasses — for those late-night DocuSign checks
- Coffee gift cards — fuel for file audits (and surviving closing week)
- Noise-canceling headphones — for those focused email marathons

Who doesn't just LOVE some Holiday cookies?! 🍪

If closings were cookies… which one would describe your most recent one?

Sugar Cookie – Dependable, organized, and simple. Everything went smoothly, all parties stayed on track, and funding hit right on time.

Chocolate Chip – A classic and crowd-pleaser. A few bumps along the way, but overall a sweet and satisfying close that leaves everyone smiling.

Gingerbread – Spiced with personality. A little extra drama, a few surprises, but full of character and stories you’ll be telling for weeks.

Snickerdoodle – A little extra flair! Maybe a last-minute addendum or a wild repair request, but somehow, it all came together just in time for a happy ending.

The holidays are a whirlwind, wrapping up closings, family events, year-end goals... it’s easy for client connections to slip through the cracks. But this season is actually one of the BEST times to show up in small, meaningful ways.

Here are a few festive ideas to keep in touch (without adding stress to your plate):

Santa’s Helper Survival Kits: Mini stockings filled with coffee gift cards, chocolates, or tea. A sweet way to say, “Thanks for fueling my business this year!”

“Light Up the Season” Candles: A festive candle with a note, “Your referrals keep me glowing—thank you for lighting up my year!”

12 Days of Gratitude Countdown: Mail or deliver a little advent-style card with 12 holiday tips, recipes, or family fun activities clients can flip through each day leading up to Christmas.
