That Guy Deserves a Gold Jacket.
Which one of the following former NFL linebackers from the 1970s is most deserving of a gold Hall of Fame jacket? This is a subjective question, meaning that the only criterion for an answer is your own opinion.
The linebackers that receive the most amount of attention and discussion when it comes to this question are (in random order): Bill Bergey of Cincinnati and Philadelphia; Tommy Nobis of Atlanta (in the photo); Mike Curtis of Baltimore, Seattle and Washington; Andy Russell of Pittsburgh; Isiah Robertson of Los Angeles and Buffalo; Joe Federspiel of New Orleans; Mike Kolen of Miami; Jim Cheyunski of New England, Buffalo and Baltimore; Jim Lynch of Kansas City; Jim LeClair of Cincinnati; Tom Jackson of Denver; and Stan White of Baltimore (among others).
Which NFL linebacker from the era of the 1970s do you think is most deserving of a bronze bust and a gold jacket in Canton, Ohio? I'm curious to see which ones you will select.
