Gupta & Wiora, P.C., based in Dallas, Texas, is dedicated to the practice of immigration/consular law, family law, and estate/probate law. Our firm consists of five in-house attorneys, one attorney of counsel, and invaluable administrative staff.
We have extensive experience in successfully representing foreign nationals on employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and naturalization matters. Our diverse clientele varies from large multinational corporations to small technology firms to individuals many of which are nurses, physicians, artists, researchers, instructors and other professionals. In the employment-based area we handle matters such as labor certifications and immigrant visa petitions such as extraordinary ability alien, outstanding professor/researcher, multi-national manager, and national interest waivers. In the non-immigrant area we handle matters such as B-1/B-2, TN, H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-1/E-2/E-3, and O-1 visa petitions. In the family-based area we handle matters such as alien relative petitions, marriage-based petitions and fiancé (e) visas.
We also offer family and estate/probate law services in our practice. Our seasoned family law/estate and probate attorney has expanded the depth of our firm to our clientele who are often presented challenges in these complementary legal arenas.
We pride ourselves on managing our firm’s case load effectively and efficiently, bringing a creative — though sometimes admittedly unorthodox — approach.
