Four Years. One Incredible Journey. 🎉

Four years ago, we opened the doors of our firm with a simple goal: to help entrepreneurs and business owners navigate the law with confidence—and to build a practice centered around the people and businesses we serve.

Four years later, we’re incredibly grateful for how far we’ve come.

Today, we’re proud to represent more than 25 businesses, from startups taking their first steps to established companies with numerous employees and growing operations. We’ve had the privilege of watching our clients grow, evolve, and succeed—and there’s nothing more rewarding than being able to grow alongside them.

Over the past four years, our practice has grown, too. What began with a strong focus on business formation, contracts, and general business law has expanded into additional areas, including intellectual property matters such as trademarks and copyrights, allowing us to help protect not only our clients’ businesses, but the brands, ideas, and creative work behind them.
