Yesterday’s Supreme Court Decision on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is great news for all of those in our community. The DACA program has allowed many to continue their education, start a business, and continue pursuing their dreams. Although this does not provide a long-term solution to DREAMers, we at the Law Office of Phan Nguyen, hope that this is the spark that will inspire our lawmakers to acknowledge that DREAMers are Americans.
