Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Write emails, memos and letters
- Assist in the daily operations including transporting documents between office and other legal buildings, and running various errands
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare court statements and forms
- Type, Transcribe, Edit and proofread legal documents
- Support legal research and communicating with, experts, Lawyers, opposing counsel and other staff
- Conduct professional phone etiquette while answering calls
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
