Dont forget to weatherproof your home. It's just like bundling up in your favorite flannel, but for your house! 🏠

Start by sealing up those drafty doors and windows. It's as simple as applying weather stripping or even that old trick of using towels!

Next, let's give your water pipes a snug cover to protect them from freezing. A bit of foam or insulation wrap could be your best ally in this mission! Cover those outside faucets/spigots as well. If you have a pier & beam home/crawlspace, shielding off any openings to your exterior crawlspace is very helpful in addition to insulating those pipes. Don't let the cold wind & freezing temps find its way under your home.

Finally, remember to get your roof and gutters checked. You don't want the winter's freeze or snow drainage to ruin your roof!

In closing (for real this time), always remember to drip your faucets when it gets below 30 degrees Fahrenheit
