"I recieved a card in the mail asking to buy some land I had in Texas. I was happy with the price they offered so I called them back to accept the offer. I live in a remote part of Virginia so I was worried I would need to be in Texas to sign the paperwork but Chloe arranged a notary to come directly to my house. The process was quick and easy and I recieved a check for the amount we agreed upon. I would reccommend and do business with Chloe again."

UPDATE: We (Chloe and Alfredo) have transitioned to buying vacant land over the last few months. Our two most recent transactions involved over 100 acres in Texas. We pay cash, make the process painless, and can typically close in 30-45 days (really depends how long the survey takes)

STORY TIME

We buy houses in ANY conditions. This one was actually occupied by a "tenant" who hadn't paid rent in over one year. The owner of the house (let's call her Sussie) tried to work with the tenant but eventually realized he was just taking advantage of her.

Sussie reached out to us and while we tried to give her a few different solutions, she just wanted OUT... and understandably so.

From the moment Sussie reached out to us, it took about 12 days for her to have cash in hand from the sale of the home.
