Beginning Monday, August 4, 2025, Vermilion Title & Notary Services, LLC - OMV Public Tag Agent will begin issuing Driver's Licenses!! No first-time issuances, only REAL ID, ID/DL Renewals, Duplicates, Tip to Permit, Permit to Driver's License and HC ID'S/Hang Tags. We will post the necessary documents needed to renew, etc.
