Recently in the state legal system, there has been a new development which flows from the the The constitution of the republic of Uganda, The judicature Act and The judicature(small claims procedure) Rules no.25 of 2011 and this is referred to as small claims procedure rules.
Rules 4 establishes a procedure known as Small Claims Procedure. Using this procedure, you can recover you debt within the shortest time without incurring legal representation expenses.
For any services of debt recovery, rent, and any claim not exceeding ten million Uganda shillings.
