Uganda has lost a great cultural pillar. I am deeply saddened by the news of the passing of His Majesty King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV at the age of 34.

To the Tooro Royal Family and all the subjects of the kingdom, please accept my heartfelt sympathies. We pray that God gives you the grace to navigate this immeasurable loss.

FreeKingZale: We Demand Justice and Accountability Now

We stand firmly with the family of comrade Christopher Goddy (popularly known as King Zale) and the entire Kamwokya community to strongly condemn his unlawful abduction.

It has been 128 days since King Zale was violently taken from Kamwokya by armed men. Despite our continuous legal inquiries, formal demands, and questions raised within parliamentary committees, the state continues to evade responsibility. This refusal to provide answers keeps his family, friends, and loved ones in agonizing distress.

We cannot normalize a country where citizens are snatched away in broad daylight without a trace. If King Zale has committed any offence, the law is clear: produce him before a competent court of law. Holding him in an undisclosed location is a blatant violation of his human rights and the constitution of Uganda.

We join H.E. Bobi Wine, the National Unity Platform (NUP), and all freedom-loving Ugandans in demanding his immediate and unconditional release.

THE DEMISE OF HON. HAJJI ALI SERUNJOGI

Dear Family of Hajji Hon. Ali Serunjogi,Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.

It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that I offer my deepest condolences on the passing of Hajji Hon. Ali Serunjogi.

Hon. Serunjogi was much more than a statesman. He was a visionary leader, my respected former boss within the Democratic Party, and a deeply valued client. I will forever cherish the wisdom he shared, the trust he placed in me, and the exemplary leadership he showed during our time working together. His unwavering commitment to truth, justice, and humility leaves behind a lasting legacy.

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with your family during this period of immense grief. May Almighty Allah (SWT) grant him eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus, forgive his shortcomings, and grant you all the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.

We had the pleasure of visiting our comrades in Mbarara City, where we received an exceptionally warm welcome from the team led by Comrade Bright Muhumuza, the NUP Regional Coordinator for Western Uganda. Aside from treating us to special meals and generous gifts, we engaged in meaningful conversations sharing stories of devastation, courage, hope, and victory while strategizing the way forward for our noble revolution.
