Thanks comrade Georgina for asking, most people look at electricity as harmful to humanity because of the instant deaths it has caused to some few careless humans who disobeyed the laws of electricity, but without electricity within the human body, no organ can function, our life energy is electron based at cellular level, our biochemical processes are carried out by minerals that are electric in nature, these minerals can generate enough electrons to suply electric energy for all our body's biochemical processes...
According to Dr. Sebi, there are over 102 natural minerals that build up the human body, all these minerals are electron based, they enable electron flow throughout our body system, the biochemical reactions generate enough energy to all body cells, this energy is what we call life energy...
Human molecular cells are good conductors of electrons, they enable electron flow throughout our body cells, it's the flow of electrons within our bodies that enables us to do work, take for example if you want to locomote or to simply move your hand, the neurological system must enable the production of enough energy to move your hand, else you cannot move your body parts without these electrons flowing through your body, minerals are critical to many processes that determine your body's ability to produce energy, like in metabolism, iron has an important effect on your metabolism, and getting enough of the mineral helps provide you with energy, energy production relies on a constant supply of oxygen, without enough oxygen, cells cannot carry out metabolic reactions and the cells stop producing energy for their survival...
Human molecular cells are designed for electric alkaline plant based nutrients, our bodies biochemical processes must depend on natural electric foods to generate the necessary energy that sustains our lives, all artificially manufactured chemicals are acidic PH nutrients and are not the ideal nutrients for our body cells...
Vegan diet contains only natural electric plants that have seeds, most seedless plants are artificial hybrids made in scientific research laboratories and are not considered in our vegan diet, all artificial fruits and vegetables that don't have seeds are acidic PH foods, they are not electric natural alkaline PH food nutrients, our body's molecular structure only accepts electric natural minerals that are organically occurring within our earth, plants absorb these natural minerals and when we eat these plants, such as green vegetables, grains, nuts, fruits and foods made from such alkaline plants, we assimilate the electric alkaline minerals during our biochemical processes, when our body cells die off, these minerals are absorbed by plants during the body's decomposition process...

Brother Thurston, am Rhenold, nature is one big topic that cuts across all spheres of life, nothing exists without the support of nature, how can I live in total inclusiveness with nature?
Thanks comrade Rhenold, let me first define my understanding of nature, feel free to compare with your personal understanding of nature also, to me nature are the basic fundamental qualities of anything existing in the cosmos, these qualities may be unique or universal to a given group of organisms but they enable it to evolve without destroying it's molecular contents, this excludes all hybrids made in scientific research laboratories by man, most people don't know this, all home reared animals and plants are not nature's creation, they're hybrids created by man in laboratories, their biochemistry and molecular structure can not evolve, but those organisms that were naturally occurring and created by nature keep evolving without destroying their molecular electrochemical structure, like human beings, and many other minerals naturally existing in nature...
Humans have the most evolved neurological structure among all animals, their ability to collect information about their environment is highly enhanced by the education systems created in society, their ability to research and engineer the world changed their understanding of nature, most humans born within such created systems may not have the chance to discover that all these systems in society today are artificial and were created by humans, am not sorry to say this, some humans pray to their invisible power called God for wealth, for money, for possessions, which is totally wrong, money or wealth is human made, it has nothing to do with your existential nature, all life ambiances have nothing to do with your inner energy but because our education systems have misguided humanity to think that intellect is who they're, it's hard to honor your intellect all the time and stay in touch with nature, most of the time you're forced to act contrary to nature's way of preserving our ecosystem...
The ecosystem sustains us, we must have a clear understanding of our ecosystem, because within it, life is bred, we cannot disassociate ourselves from the source of life, this notion of belief ideologies conditioning humans to think that there's an invisible power granting life to us is of no significance to our inner molecular biochemistry, it's just superficial physiological drama, it's a kind of fiction that must start and end in a theater, but to bring it into real life, it's a grave mistake, all belief ideologies are rooted in manipulating humanity for hidden interests, these systems are not here to liberate you, they are here to enslave you throughout your life time...
Humans and nature are one at molecular biochemical structure, the challenge in society today is that we look at life through the screen of our intellect, not through our existential inner wellbeing, some people can't even stay within their inner self for a single moment, the intellect distracts them from paying attention to the process of life, they are all the time in the pursuits of life which are illusory and most times psychological...
Observe your sense organs, they're all outbound, they collect so much information from the outside world, which accumulates to form your intellect, but this is not who you're, your intellect is just one small dimension of your intelligence, it must not dominate your conscience all the time, there must be a time when you detach yourself from your intellect, so that your mind can pay attention to your inner existential wellbeing and you will start listening to your molecular energy, it takes practice to achieve this state of self understanding, but it's worth striving for, knowing who you're makes you realize that your molecular biochemistry is made up of natural minerals that nature provides, and it's these electric minerals that are alkaline in nature which supplies this energy we call life, the human body is electrochemical at its molecular structure, those alkaline PH minerals have the ability to produce enough electricity to power up this body and sustains that energy through the constant pumping of blood around the body, understanding that your body is electrochemical by nature will change your perception on life, there's more to this, inbox me for more clarity...

Brother Thurston, am Elvis, I understand that you have gone through the same education systems that enslaves us all, how were you able to navigate your mind to this critical information that liberates you?
Thanks comrade Elvis, you're right, am a product of the western education system that conditions us to praise and worship the white masters in all disciplines of life, be it religions, political, science & technology, biological, mention them, and please quote me right on this, the education system of our society is intended to impart knowledge that elevates the white race above all other races, it's a system of philosophical disciplines that shapes society depending on belief ideologies in which the white gods decide what is done in society...
Let's understand this please, the first priority of a whiteman is self preservation, unless you are attentive, you may not realize that, in all schools, we study about the whiteman as a God, some are fooled to call him Jesus, but it's all the same, our minds are conditioned by belief ideologies to think that God is in an image of a whiteman, this is a fiction, it's a creation of the whiteman with an intention to represent himself as closer and similar to God, and this cuts across all religions,
they use media to farther propagate this fallacy, all children grow up believing that their is a God, whose image is painted and depicted in media, movies and others galleries...
I used to be one of those who could take this image seriously, but one day, I was navigated to the right understanding of who I am, and all these illusions about the white God disappeared, my advice is hete, "stop reading all books more especially endorsed by the white masters and start reading nature, be inclusive with nature, strive to understand how you're one with nature, discover the immense possibilities nature has for you, you're one with this earth and this earth's nutrients is who you're," your intellect may not understand this because it is not trained to do so, we shall examine this some other time...
When I see black people worshipping this image of an illusory invisible God, it reminds me of one life concept, that the human mind is very gullible and cunning, it can be deceived by any ideology more especially organized belief ideologies to manipulate you into servitude for all your life time, let me inform you please, there is no God out there controlling and overseeing whatever goes on in this world, your psychological accumulations about this concept of God have nothing to do with your existential wellbeing, it only keeps you stuck in your thought processes depending on what has been programmed within your intellect, you better wake-up to discover who you're, cos the concept of God is a creation of the white race human mind, it's a fiction in itself, it's the greatest lie the human mind has ever created and taught to humanity in order to seek attention and control those delusioned by such belief systems...
Let's then look at our industrialization, science and technology, these are all outer world engineering, they shape how society behaves in terms of transacting business, in our education systems, numerous scientists are documented, not because they were genius might humans or because they were special and very intelligent, but it's because they were in positions of authority to oversee other minority race, when a black man discovers anything in life, it's the Whiteman who assumes the credit, the black race is never documented to have discovered anything about life, this sends a false signal to the world, and that signal is intended to elevate white above other races in terms of superiority, let me cite one example here, the first black man who discovered the cure for AIDS was Dr. Sebi, the American Medical Association sued him for claiming that he can cure all diseases and advertising the cure for AIDs, a case which he worn 100% by proof of over 77 patients he had worked on and got cured, but instead of celebrating this wonderful achievement, the white man plotted for his death after falsely accusing him for possessing large sums of money while traveling, the media is prohibited from promoting his discoveries because the medical community makes lots of money from the search for the cure of AIDs, and let me inform you please that all diseases are human made, your body is not designed for laboratory medicines, those chemicals are harmful to your body, you can cure yourself through your alkaline PH foods, if you can understand this, then all diseases won't survive in your body, but if you don't, then more diseases will affect your body because of the acidic PH foods that you eat every day, and on top of that, you intake pharmaceutical products that continue to harm your body, inbox me for more clarity...
