GoldenGate Law Firm advised American basketball player Corye Payton regarding possible dispute against Tunisian basketball club in relation to non-payment of wages.

Due to our legal advice the player was able to avoid lengthy and costly arbitration proceedings, while the club agreed to settle the dispute amicably. As a result, the club fulfilled its obligations and paid money without the need of the player to refer to Basketball Arbitration Tribunal (Geneva, Switzerland).

GoldenGate Law Firm assisted Volleyball Club “Khimik” (Yuzhny) to maintain the right to hold 2017 CEV Volleyball Champions League match in Yuzhny, which will take place tomorrow. Due to our legal advice and support VС “Khimik” persuaded the European Volleyball Confederation to keep the place of the match in Ukraine, enabling the fans and supporters of the club to enjoy the game in Yuzhny.
