Reservation through the Diia application will be possible in the near future, according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, tentatively starting in July 2024.
On June 8, 2024, the text of Procedure 650, adopted on June 5, 2024, was published, which defines the mechanism for reservations through the Diia portal for persons liable for military service or those who are working or serving.
Highlights:
• Through the Diia Portal, the Ministry of Economy forms and maintains a Unified List of state authorities, other state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations for the reservation of persons liable for military service, which includes state bodies, enterprises and institutions.
• Lists for reservation will be submitted via the Diia Portal by enterprises included in the Unified List.
• In case of a positive verification result, the person submitted by means of the Register of Persons Liable for Military Service is automatically transferred to a special military registration for the duration of the deferment. From that moment on, he/she is considered to be reserved and is granted a deferral for the period specified in paragraph 2 of the Procedure for Reservation of Persons Liable for Military Service during Martial Law, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated 27.01.2023, as amended by Resolution No. 650.
• The director will receive a response about the employee's reservation in the Diia portal, and the employee's information will be updated in the Reserve+ application.
• If the reservation is denied, the director will also receive a response in the Diia portal.

Kyiv Wave Bridge in Obolon: a new location for your photos and unforgettable impressions!

The new Wave Bridge over the Dnipro River, which connects Obolonsky Island with Obolon embankment and Natalka Park, is a very beautiful, unique pedestrian bridge from an engineering point of view. It was built at the expense of patrons, both foreign and Ukrainian.
Given the difficult situation in Ukraine's energy system, the spectacular illumination of the structure will not be turned on. At night, only the economical LED lighting of the railings will be turned on for pedestrian safety.
The construction of the Wave Bridge began in 2021, and its structures were brought to the capital only a few weeks before the war began, but after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, work was suspended. In the spring of 2023, it was decided to complete the bridge and arrange a recreational area on Obolonsky Island.

So, friends, come enjoy the new location.

Mobilization Law! Fines for failure to maintain military records may increase to 204,000 hryvnias!

Dear Partners, Clients and Friends,

The Verkhovna Rada voted in the first reading for draft law No. 10379, which provides for changes in fines for failure to maintain or improper maintenance of military records at the enterprise. This draft law was adopted in the first reading and it increases the amount of the fine, which can be up to 51,000 UAH for citizens and up to 204,000 UAH for officials. Recently, the legislative process and its entry into force have been happening quite rapidly. We are waiting for the adopted and published documents, but it is already clear that the amount of fines will increase significantly!

Also, on April 16, the President of Ukraine signed the Law on Mobilization dated April 11, 2024 No. 3633. It will enter into force one month from the day following its publication – on May 18, 2024.

The main innovations of the new Law:
• citizens of Ukraine who are on military registration are obliged to clarify their personal data. 60 days have been allocated for this from the date of entry into force of the new Law;
• in the case of non-appearance of a conscript, the head of the TCC applies to the police for administrative detention and delivery of such a citizen to the TCC, then the TCC has the right to apply to the court with a claim for the temporary restriction of driving a car by the conscript;
• all male citizens between the ages of 18 and 60 are required to carry a military registration document and show it at the request of a representative of the TCC or a police officer;
• the Law on Mobilization describes in detail the new requirements regarding the postponement of conscription during mobilization and lists the persons entitled to it;
• basic military service is introduced instead of conscription;
• we expect a change in booking.

Lowering the conscription age for Ukrainians.

On April 2, 2024, the President of Ukraine signed the Law of Ukraine dated May 30, 2023 No. 3127-IX on lowering the conscription age from 27 to 25 (effective April 4, 2024). According to this Law, men from the age of 25 become conscripts. Managers of enterprises are obliged to inform and familiarize in writing all men who have reached the age of 25 about the need to register for the military. This indicates an urgent need to obtain a military ticket or a temporary ID.
