Два моменти, на які слід звернути увагу. 1. Кримінальне переслідування vs свобода самовираження = порушення статті 10 Конвенції про захист прав людини і основоположних свобод. 2. Скарга подана у (wait a moment) 2011 році - а ви думали, лише в Україні суди роками справи розглядають?

It pointed out that it had invited the domestic authorities on a number of occasions to show restraint in resorting to criminal proceedings".
