Due to the massive rocket attack on Lviv, two schools and one kindergarten were damaged, - Mayor Sadovy.

More than 400 windows were broken. A total of 18 residential buildings were damaged.

Two rockets hit the hotel building.

▪️ As a result of enemy strikes, 11 people were injured, including a 37-year-old journalist of a Turkish publication. Nine people were taken to hospitals, two victims were given help on the spot, - the Ministry of Internal Affairs

▪️Employees of the State Emergency Service during the liquidation of the consequences of enemy shelling saved 2 people and evacuated 19.

▪️The hotel building was partially damaged, a fire started. Cars were burning in the parking lot.

All necessary services are available at the scene.

"Caritas" has just received humanitarian aid: warm things, clothes, shoes, generators to be sent from Lviv to other cities. A lot of food and light industry burns, also, there were warehouses with windows and doors.

▫️ During the night and morning, more than 20 targets were shot down over the capital

▫️ In the Shevchenkovsky district, debris fell on the territory of the enterprise, a fire broke out, two guards died

Every year on August 29, we honor the memory of Ukrainians who gave their lives defending our country. Defending Ukraine's independence. Freedom for all our people. The territorial integrity of Ukraine. Ukraine's right to be among free nations.

Words are never enough to express what we feel. And let the tears that will be shed today, let the silence that will sound louder than any words, let our respect, which is absolutely sincere, tell everyone what we really feel and how grateful we are to all our defenders, whose lives became the life of Ukraine.

May the memory of all our warriors be blessed!
