The session, run by 3VB’s Jane Davies Evans KC, Christopher Ward SC and Madeline Kimei- FCIArb, FTIArb, will explore the issues currently giving rise to energy and natural resources disputes, and provide guidance on navigating different dispute resolution forums, including dispute boards, commercial and investor-State arbitration, and proceedings before the International Court of Justice and specialist public international law tribunals.
