Mahak**a ina uwezo wa kuamuru mgawanyo wa mali baina ya watu wawili waliokuwa wanaishi kinyumba hata k**a hakuna dhana ya ndoa (presumption of marriage). Sharti ni kwamba mali iwe imechumwa kwa jitahada za pamoja (joint efforts).

Kwa hiyo ile habari ya mtu mmoja kuondoka mikono mitupu na mwingine kubaki na kila kitu haipo kisheria. Cha muhimu tunza risiti zako, tunza nyaraka vizuri maana iko siku utazihitaji. Usizame tu kwenye “makopa” ukasahau mambo mengine ya muhimu.
