本所2018年3月設立於桃園藝文特區。
設立宗旨在於維護當事人權益，並協助客戶尋求最經濟有效率解決方案。追求「專注業務」「聚焦知識」「解決問題的清晰視野」等三層面目標。希冀本所面對客戶時可提供全方位諮詢服務，立足桃園而放眼國際。
本所設立迄今已有10位專業律師團隊，採取專業領域分流模式，首先分析客戶面臨問題及待解決項目，藉由分流將案件交由該領域之律師處理，內部召開會議，定時追蹤案件進度，以確保案件品質！
為追求全方位諮詢服務，特與建築師、會計師、地政士、心理諮商師組成理威顧問團隊。確保本所可提供客戶即時、多元之專業意見，成為堅強的支援系統。

ecial Zone). Our purpose of the establishment is to protect the rights and interests of our clients, and seeking the most economicial and efficient solutions wich means “ Focused Practice”, “ Focused Knowledge”, “A clear view of solutions” are our Firm’s spirits.
We have 10 lawyers in different professional fields including Finance, Real estate, Corporate governance, IP, Franchise Planning and Civil/Criminal Litagation. By diversion, the case is handed over to the specific lawyer to handle, internal meetings are held to track the progress of the case regularly to ensure the quality of the case. In order to pursue the full range of consulting services, we have formed the “Verity Consultant Team” with Architects, CPA, Land expert, and Financial Corporate Advisor to ensure that we can really provide clients with instant and diversified professional advice. We understand that corporate training is an indispensable part of enhancing internal growth and avoiding risks. We are committed to the promotion of rule of law education, and assists business from reducing the risk of litigation when expanding their business.
