Jessup）先生而創建，每年由美國國際法學生協會（International Law Student Association）和美國國際法學會（American Society of International Law）聯合舉辦，是目前國際上規模最大，歷史最久的國際法模擬法庭競賽。在過去的五十年中，有來自九十個以上的國家的七百多個法學院參加了這項比賽，普遍被視為國際法律領域中的一件盛事。
