律師畢業於東海大學法律系，國立中正大學法律研究所碩士班生，執業律師前，曾於台中地法院任法官助理，先後於非訟中心及民事執行處任該職務，前者有五年，後者有六年的資歷，對民事訴訟、非訟及強制執行事件領域有豐富的司法實務經驗，並相當嫻熟。
這個專頁的設立，是希望以自己多年實務工作經驗與互動者分享一些法律觀念。
