質樸德律 德律係1985年創立於台中，設有專利、商標、法律、技術及管理部等五大部門

「德術兼備，律己以嚴」是德律的經營理念，「德」就是我們必須:信守對客戶的承諾，積極達成客戶的委託，嚴格保護客戶的機密以及收取合理的服務費用。「術」就是事務所同仁必須隨時鍛鍊自己具備純熟的專業知識與技術，培養耐心及同理心探知客戶的真正需求，尋求任何合法的手段捍衛客戶的核心利益。而「律己以嚴」則是用來執行「德術兼備」的行動指標，也就是事務所同仁必須隨時以「德術兼備」為念，嚴格規律自己，提醒自己來實際體現「德術兼備」。
