ate Founder, Mr. Suresh Matadeen (1939-2001), an Accident victim himself, in his personal quest for Justice and Compensation within the Legal System. He soon realised that there were many other "victims" such as himself, and began a humble company to offer support and assistance to others sharing similar circumstances and situations in dealing with the complex dynamics of the Insurance Industry. Victims Of Insurance Companies Encounters (V.O.I.C.E.) was founded in the year 1993, and it was soon recognised that there were countless members of the public facing a system they did not understand, and shared feelings of their individual voices falling upon deaf ears. Consultancy Ltd is the current structure of Mr. Suresh Matadeen's individual and well documented efforts, which yielded Amendments to Current Insurance Legislature and Awards from two of our Nation's Former Presidents. We continue to offer hope, empathy and guidance to our core clientèle and speciality, in seeking Compensation for Injuries, Damages and Losses due to innocent "victims", through utilisation of the Legal System if necessary. However, we have expanded into many diverse areas, broadening our scope, in the vein of public service, to include various Civil Litigation related issues and matters, as well as other services of a legal nature, as required.
