Oğuz CETINKAYA is a graduate of Istanbul Finance School (1984 – 1987) and worked in MINISTRY OF FINANCE between the years 1987 and 1991 before he started with his legal career.
ÇETINKAYA is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of Istanbul Chartered Accountants Chamber since 1999. CETINKAYA worked in PwC as a tax auditor (1996 – 1999) and head of the tax litigation team (1999 – 2004).
ÇETINKAYA had appeared in many TV and radio programs as a guest speaker on tax law. ÇETINKAYA has numerous works, presentations, academic and professional articles on tax law. He also gave lessons to the lawyer trainees of Istanbul Bar between the years 2001 and 2005 and participated in various panels and seminars as speaker on the tax law. Oğuz ÇETINKAYA is the Founder President of MUHAK ( www.vmhk.org.tr ), the Tax Payers’ Association of Turkey.
