“Legal award from the UK to Famous Author’s Lawyer Granddaughter
There seems to be no life untouched by the countless works written by Gülten Dayıoğlu, one of the most important authors Türkiye has produced. The granddaughter of Gülten Dayıoğlu, the author of books that left her mark on my childhood and the holder of dozens of awards, has also received an important award in the field of law. Despite being 32 years old, Ece Dayıoğlu who has made a name for herself in international arbitration, has been named "International Arbitration Lawyer of the Year". Ece Dayıoğlu, who has been elected as winner in her field following the three-stage voting organized by the UK-based Lawyer Monthly magazine, works as the vice secretary general at EDAC the only arbitration center specializing in the resolution of energy disputes.
She has taken place in the ICC cases
Apart from the award, Ece Dayıoğlu, member of the Paris Bar and the Istanbul Bar, has also been featured on the cover of the magazine. Ece Dayıoğlu, the latest representative of Dayıoğlu Law Firm, which has a history of nearly a century, has also worked at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Ece Dayıoğlu, the Vice Secretary General of the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC), also acts as an arbitrator at arbitral institutions in China, Russia, Indonesia, the UK and Singapore, as well as Türkiye.”
