Appleton Luff is pleased to once again take part in Start in France, an initiative of the French Embassy in the United States, relaunched in 2025 by La Synapse, supporting innovative companies and entrepreneurs in their development in France.
On this occasion, our Partner Marta Ledwos, Head of Appleton Luff’s Paris Office, will deliver a session dedicated to strategies for entering the French market and the key legal considerations for U.S. startups and SMEs seeking to develop their activities in France.
We are delighted to contribute to this initiative alongside the Service for Science and Technology of the French Embassy in the United States, the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, La French Tech, INPI France, and ALTIJ Avocats, and extend our warmest congratulations to the laureates of this year’s edition.
With a practice focused on economic law, international trade, and the MedTech sector, Marta advises companies on their international development and coordinates Appleton Luff’s involvement in the Start in France program.
