Buying off-plan in Phuket? Don’t just look at the renders.

If the developer has completed projects, go and see how those properties have actually aged.

If they’re new and have no track record yet, look deeper: Who is the contractor? Who designed it? What have those companies built before? What specifications are actually written into the contract?

A beautiful showroom tells you what they want to build. Due diligence helps you understand what they’re actually capable of delivering.

EP. 1 | Inside The Liberty by Wallaya

Everyone sees the finished villas. Few get to hear the thinking behind them.

In Episode 1, I sit down with Sharmane German Carlsson, Sales Director at Wallaya, to talk about the vision, concept, and thinking behind The Liberty.

No sales pitch. Just a closer look at how the project came together — directly from the people behind it.

Always love having conversations with Sharmane the Sales Director of Wallaya to talk about the vision behind the project, what buyers should know, and why this development stands out in Phuket's market.

AI said a 1-bedroom has limited storage. This condo took that personally. 😂 Every time I thought I’d found the last cabinet… there was another one.
