𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼
The foundation work has been completed 100%, which is a critical phase ensuring the structural stability and safety of the building. This indicates that the foundation is fully laid out and inspected, providing a solid base for the subsequent construction stages.
𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽
The construction of floors 3 and 4 has been completed 100%, meaning these floors are fully constructed and ready for further finishing works.
The construction of floor 5 is currently underway and has reached 50% progress, aligning with our planned schedule for completion.
Regarding the plumbing system, the installation of the drainage pipes on floors 1, 2, and 3 has been completed. This essential infrastructure facilitates the effective removal of wastewater and supports the future functionality of the building.
𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾
Floors 1 and 2 are fully completed, with 100% progress, covering both structural and interior work.
Construction of floor 3 is ongoing, with approximately 20% progress made so far. We are committed to maintaining steady progress to ensure timely delivery while upholding high quality standards.

Floor 4 has been completed 100%, providing a strong structural component for the building.
Construction of floor 5 is approximately 70% complete, expected to be finished soon.
Wall partitioning on floor 1 has been carried out approximately 60%, creating rooms and spaces as per the design specifications.
The plumbing system for floors 1, 2, and 3 has been fully installed and inspected, with 100% completion ensuring reliable plumbing for residents’ future use.
