🧾 ภาษีบริษัทคืออะไร?
เรื่องพื้นฐานที่เจ้าของธุรกิจต้องรู้!

หากคุณเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่เพิ่งเปิดบริษัท หรือวางแผนจะจดทะเบียนบริษัทเร็ว ๆ นี้

✅ ประเภทภาษีที่บริษัทต้องรู้:
1️⃣ ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล
บริษัทต้องยื่นแบบและชำระภาษีจากกำไรสุทธิปีละครั้ง (แบบภ.ง.ด.50) และมีการยื่นครึ่งปีด้วย (แบบภ.ง.ด.51)

2️⃣ ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT)
หากบริษัทมีรายได้เกิน 1.8 ล้านบาท/ปี ต้องจดทะเบียน VAT และยื่นภาษีทุกเดือน

3️⃣ ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
เวลาจ่ายเงินค่าบริการ ค่าจ้าง ฯลฯ บริษัทต้องหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย และนำส่งสรรพากร

4️⃣ ประกันสังคม
หากมีลูกจ้าง บริษัทต้องสมัครและส่งเงินสมทบให้ประกันสังคมทุกเดือน

📌 แล้วถ้าบริษัทไม่มีรายได้ ต้องยื่นไหม?
ต้องยื่น! ถึงแม้ยังไม่มีรายได้ ก็ต้องยื่นงบการเงิน และยื่นแบบภาษีตามปกติ
หากไม่ยื่น = เสี่ยงโดนปรับหรือถูกเพิกถอนทะเบียนนิติบุคคล

🏢 5 Things Foreigners Should Know Before Registering a Company in Thailand
🇹🇭 Thinking of starting a business in Thailand?
Many foreigners dream of doing business in Thailand — from opening restaurants, wellness clinics, tech startups, to property businesses. But before jumping in, here are 5 essential things you need to know before registering a company:

✅ 1. Foreign ownership is limited
Thailand has foreign ownership restrictions in most sectors. In a standard Thai Limited Company, foreigners can own up to 49%, while 51% must be held by Thai nationals — unless you qualify for exceptions under the BOI or US Treaty of Amity.

✅ 2. You’ll need Thai shareholders — but they must be real
To meet the Thai majority requirement, many companies include Thai shareholders. But beware: using fake shareholders or nominees is illegal and can lead to serious legal trouble. All shareholders must have genuine investment and involvement.

✅ 3. A Work Permit is not automatic
Registering a company doesn't mean you're allowed to work. To legally work in your own company, you’ll need to apply for a Non-B Visa and a Work Permit.

✅ 4. You need a registered office address
Every company in Thailand must have a physical business address. A virtual address is not enough for registration or applying for a work permit.

✅ 5. Be prepared for accounting and tax responsibilities
Once your company is registered, you must submit monthly tax filings and annual financial reports, even if there’s no income. Hiring an accountant is strongly recommended from day one.
