THE SECOND AUTOMATIC VISA EXTENSION FOR FOREIGNERS滞在期限は2020年07月31日まで自動延長＋90日レポートも不要！！
This is a Great news for many tourist visa holder who is in Thailand right now. 観光ビザまたはノービザでタイ入国された方々にとって大変いいニュースですね。。。。
But.....しかし。。。。
Not many people aware of the after panadic once its over.
As today, the number of covid case in Thailand has decrease which is a very very good news for us. Nex month, some of the businesses may return back to their work.
Once everything seems to be back as normal, what would Government do next??? If they can decide a new law, they can even take back the old one too.
タイも少しつづ新型コロナウイルス感染者数が少なくなってきました。来月にもいくつかのビジネスも普通に回復し始めます。 さて、その時にはタイ政府はまだ今日と同じ考えかかどうか。。。一度法律を決めてもまた変更することができるのが”タイのパワー”です。
すでにいい見本がありますよ。昔から（10年―15年前から）
Non-OA タイプでタイ入国され、それから毎年リタイヤメントビザに更新をしている方が多いのですが、1年前ぐらいから
昔に取得したNon-OAに対して健康保険が要求されました。
喜んでいる人たちにがっかりするようなことをお伝えしなくありませんが、必ず自分の状況をようく確認されたほうが良いのです。今（4月22日）タイ政府は7月末まで延長なしで滞在可能と発表されましたが、途中それを取りやめされてもおかしくないということです。。。だから毎回いろんな状況を確認しながらタイご滞在されたほうが良いです。
もしどこの国境が7月末前にオープンされ（特にメーサーイ）ミャンマーへ出国され、タイへ再入国（保険などの条件なしの場合）ができるのなら、それを絶対に先にするべきです。
我々ビザエージェントでも１００％の答えはだせません。
あくまでも我々の経験上とチェンマイイミグレーション内との間の考えと予想だけです。
4月から7月の間（4か月間）ビザなし滞在、普通ならオーバーステイ。90日以上のオーバーステイは1年間タイ入国拒否されます。まあ、今回は政府曰く罰金はないとのことですが、
果たして最後にはパスポートの中にオーバーステイというスタンプをされるのでしょうか。
People already seen what happen to those Long Stayer whose had Non-OA visa 10-15years ago and on retirement visa. They have to get a new document to order to extend their yearly visa in Thailand... Health Insurance!!!
Oh Yes !! Many people asked us why does the immigration want to see the 10-15years ago visa in order to extend the current visa?? We Thai Visa and Tours, as agent cannot answer that questions. We can only say " This is Thailand".
We are not scaring people out here but we just want to let people to be more aware of their own situation.
Update yourself with the current situation such as,
*see when any land borders are open ( Once it does we are strongly advice you to use land border and re-enter back to Thailand rather than wait till end of July)
*see if you are qualify to other type of visa (long term visa) and get one.
*IF YOU HAVE A SUPPORTING LETTER FROM YOUR EMBASSY/CONSULATE UNDER COVID19 VISA EXTENSION. KEEP IT OR YOU STILL CAN USE THAT LETTER TO EXTEND YOUR VISA (PAY VISA FEE 1900B EACH EXTENSION). It will cost you visa fee but your passport will look clean without " Over Stay Stamp" on you after end of July. This is very very important.
*Do your 90days report as per schedule. If you do not want to use visa agent, you can do it online yourself or visit the immigration.
The decisions are up to you. We are just trying to remind people of each one situation. Some people say they don't like using Visa Agent but many do!!! We are not only here to do our business ( we are the same as you we are working to earn a living too) only but we would like to share our experience too. We hope we might be wrong.

*領事館のサポートレターをもらっている人は引き続きビザ延長をなさったほうが良いです。
*頻繁に国境の状況を調べておく。
*90日レポートを引き続きするべき！今オンラインも可能です。（エージェントにお願いするのが嫌な方は。。。）
