Why do people put off having their Will prepared. My last two Probate applications in Thailand the first one had a Will and it took 6 weeks to get the wishes in the Will started, closing bank accounts selling property etc. The second one didn't get around to making a Will so it took over two years to get, and was at least triple the cost, meanwhile nothing can be done...... which one would your beneficiary's prefer......
