Happy Retirement: Honoring a Lifetime of Dedication 🙏

Mahasarakham University extends its heartfelt appreciation to 21 retirees honored at the “เกษียณ..เกษมสุข” retirement ceremony on September 23, 2026. The event celebrated their years of dedicated service and valuable contributions to the growth of Mahasarakham University.

Filled with warmth, gratitude, and cherished memories, the ceremony featured a traditional Bai Sri Su Kwan procession, blessing and wrist-tying ceremony, the presentation of commemorative gold rings, bouquets and gifts, as well as cultural performances that reflected the beauty of Isan traditions.

As one chapter comes to a close, another begins.

Thank you for your dedication, commitment, and the lasting contributions you have made to the MSU community. ❤️

📚 หลักสูตร Health Informatics and Healthcare Logistics

หลักสูตรมุ่งเน้นองค์ความรู้ด้าน Health Informatics, Digitalisation in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Telehealth Applications, Open Data / Big Data และ Supply Chain Management เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะด้านสารสนเทศสุขภาพและการบริหารจัดการระบบบริการสุขภาพ

👤 คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
เป็นข้าราชการหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ระดับชำนาญการพิเศษขึ้นไปหรือเทียบเท่า (ระดับอาวุโสถึงบริหาร) ซึ่งรับผิดชอบงานด้านนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเนื้อหาการฝึกอบรม มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษและสามารถสื่อสารได้ดี รวมทั้งสามารถเข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมได้ตลอดระยะเวลาของหลักสูตร โดย ผู้สมัครต้องมีผลทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษที่มีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี ได้แก่ DIFA TES ระดับ B1 ขึ้นไป หรือ IELTS / TOEFL / TOEIC อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา

MSU Continues Drug Screening for Annual Employees on Second Day

Mahasarakham University continued its drug screening program for annual employees as part of its preventive measures for the 2027 fiscal year. On the second day, 877 employees from 34 units at the Khamriang Campus received urine drug screening, bringing the total number of participants over the two-day program to more than 1,300.

The Office of the President, Mahasarakham University, held its fourth committee meeting of 2026 to review operational progress, recognize staff achievements, and discuss key development priorities. Suddhavej Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Mahasarakham University, is providing free seasonal influenza vaccination for MSU staff and students. The service supports disease prevention, strengthens immunity, and helps reduce the risk of influenza transmission during periods of increased infection.

MSU Ratchaphruek Rescue Club Joins Singha Asa and Suddhavej Hospital for Community Cholangiocarcinoma Screening in K*t Rang

The Ratchaphruek Rescue Club, Mahasarakham University, joined the Singha Asa Mobile Medical Unit and Suddhavej Hospital in a community-based cholangiocarcinoma screening project in K*t Rang District, Maha Sarakham Province. The activity provided local residents with health screening and guidance while giving MSU student volunteers practical experience in community service and cross-sector collaboration.

ทุนสนับสนุนการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการและวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569–2570 (MSU Outbound Scholarship and MSU Inbound Scholarship 2026-2027)

มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม เปิดรับสมัครนิสิตเพื่อขอรับทุนสนับสนุนการฝึกประสบการณ์ การแลกเปลี่ยนด้านวิชาการ และการวิจัย ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569–2570 ครอบคลุมทั้งการเดินทางไปต่างประเทศของนิสิต มมส และการเดินทางเข้ามาทำกิจกรรมทางวิชาการ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคามของนิสิตต่างชาติ โดยมีระยะเวลาการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วัน และไม่เกิน 1 ภาคการศึกษา

🟡 MSU Outbound Scholarship - ทุนสำหรับนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคามไปต่างประเทศ

ทุนสำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีและระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ที่ประสงค์เดินทางไปฝึกประสบการณ์ แลกเปลี่ยนด้านวิชาการ หรือทำวิจัย ณ สถานประกอบการ สถาบันการศึกษา หรือสถาบันวิจัยในต่างประเทศ

มหาวิทยาลัยสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายตามจริง ภายในวงเงินตามกลุ่มประเทศ ได้แก่

- กัมพูชา สปป.ลาว เมียนมา และเวียดนาม — ไม่เกิน 20,000 บาท/ครั้ง/คน
- เกาหลีใต้ ญี่ปุ่น สิงคโปร์ จีน ไต้หวัน และเขตบริหารพิเศษฮ่องกง — ไม่เกิน 60,000 บาท/ครั้ง/คน
- ประเทศอื่นในทวีปเอเชีย นอกเหนือจากกลุ่มข้างต้น — ไม่เกิน 40,000 บาท/ครั้ง/คน
- ประเทศในทวีปยุโรป แอฟริกา อเมริกาเหนือ อเมริกาใต้ และออสเตรเลีย — ไม่เกิน 120,000 บาท/ครั้ง/คน

❗ ทั้งนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยจัดสรรงบประมาณสนับสนุน คณะ/หน่วยงานละไม่เกิน 150,000 บาท ❗

คุณสมบัติสำคัญ ได้แก่ เป็นนิสิตปัจจุบันของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม มีหนังสือตอบรับจากหน่วยงานหรือสถาบันในต่างประเทศ มีความสามารถด้านภาษา และสามารถรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนที่เกินจากที่มหาวิทยาลัยสนับสนุน โดยนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีต้องมี GPA มากกว่า 3.00 และระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาต้องมี GPA มากกว่า 3.50

🔵 MSU Inbound Scholarship - ทุนสำหรับนิสิตต่างชาติเข้ามาศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนและทำวิจัย ณ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม

ทุนสำหรับนิสิตต่างชาติระดับปริญญาตรีและระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยในต่างประเทศ และประสงค์เข้าร่วมการฝึกประสบการณ์ การแลกเปลี่ยนด้านวิชาการ หรือการวิจัย ณ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569–2570 มหาวิทยาลัยจัดสรรทุน รวม 40 ทุน โดยสนับสนุนค่าครองชีพ ดังนี้

- 5,000 บาท/เดือน กรณีมหาวิทยาลัยจัดที่พักภายในมหาวิทยาลัยให้
- 9,000 บาท/เดือน กรณีมหาวิทยาลัยไม่สามารถจัดที่พักภายในมหาวิทยาลัยให้ได้

ผู้สมัครต้องมีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาต่างประเทศอื่นตามความต้องการของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา สามารถรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นนอกเหนือจากส่วนที่มหาวิทยาลัยสนับสนุน และต้องมีประกันสุขภาพและอุบัติเหตุครอบคลุมตลอดระยะเวลาที่พำนักในประเทศไทย โดยผู้รับทุนเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าเบี้ยประกันดังกล่าว

🌍กำหนดการสมัคร ทั้ง MSU Outbound Scholarship และ MSU Inbound Scholarship เปิดรับสมัครเป็น 4 รอบ โดยรอบสุดท้ายเปิดรับสมัครถึงวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2570 โดยผู้สมัครต้องยื่นเอกสารผ่าน คณะ/หน่วยงานต้นสังกัดหรือคณะ/หน่วยงานที่ประสงค์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด
