Thai Criminal Code Section 269. False Professional Certification
Whoever, in the pursuance of work in the medicine, law, accountancy or any other profession, making the certification of false document by the manner likely to cause injury to the other person or the public people, shall be imprisoned not more of two years or fined not more of forty thousand Baht, or both.

Whoever, dishonestly using or citing the certification begotten from the commission of offence according to the paragraph 1, shall be punished in the same manner.
