Important Notes Non-B in Thailand
1.The validity period of a Non-Immigrant “B” visa may vary depending on the consideration of the embassy or consulate. It may be valid for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
2.After obtaining the Non-B visa, foreign nationals must apply for a Work Permit in order to work legally in Thailand.
3.If a foreigner has already entered Thailand and wishes to change their visa type to a Non-B, this can be processed at the Immigration Bureau.
