We are seeking talented individuals to participate in a unique voice recording project aimed at simulating real-life customer service interactions. This remote opportunity involves creating short, natural conversations using fictional scenarios and details (e.g., made-up brand names, addresses, and credit card numbers).
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the agent side of scripted voice conversations (3–5 minutes per interaction).
Follow scenario guidelines, including:
25% phone orders
25% drive-through interactions
50% other customer service situations (e.g., delivery inquiries, refund requests).
Participant Requirements:
Native US English speakers with clear diction.
Must represent one of the following 8 US accents:
🔹 General American / Midland – "Neutral" broadcast accent (e.g., Missouri, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas)
🔹 Northern (Inland North) – Upstate NY, Michigan, Northern Ohio, Chicago
🔹 Southern – Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Mississippi, the Carolinas
🔹 New England – Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, etc.
🔹 Metropolitan New York – NYC & surrounding areas
🔹 Western – California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, etc.
🔹 Upper Midwest / North Central – Minnesota, Wisconsin, Dakotas
🔹 Appalachian – Eastern Kentucky, West Virginia, Eastern Tennessee
Project Details:
Location: Remote (work from anywhere).
Duration: 4 weeks. (from July 21 onwards)
Schedule:
Minimum 16 participants working 7 days/week.
3 to 4-hour shifts per day (pre-agreed schedule).
