Held in an informal dinner setting, the event centred on sharing real-life experiences in patent practice — reflecting on individual career paths, professional turning points, and lessons learned along the way. The evening brought together patent professionals from across Thailand, creating a welcoming space for thoughtful discussion and exchange across generations and roles.
Drawing on his background in chemical engineering research, Rachan reflected on his transition into patent practice and the shift from laboratory work to strategic patent prosecution, highlighting his role in bridging science and law to effectively obtain legal protection for innovations.
