The Thailand Marriage Visa (Non-Immigrant O) allows foreign nationals married to Thai citizens to live in Thailand for one year at a time, with the option to renew annually without leaving the country. It also permits you to work legally, provided you obtain a valid work permit.

**Eligibility Requirements**
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

✅Marriage Status: You must be legally married to a Thai national.

💕Thai Marriage: Requires an official Marriage Certificate and Registration (Kor Ror 2).

💕Foreign Marriage: If married outside Thailand, you must register the marriage at a local Thai District Office (Amphur) to obtain a Kor Ror 22 family status document.

***Note: Some immigration offices may also require an Affirmation of Freedom to Marry from your embassy.

✅Financial Proof: You must show evidence of financial support using one of these options:
✅Bank Deposit: A minimum of 400,000 THB deposited into a Thai bank account from an overseas source at least 2 months prior to applying.
✅Monthly Income: A verified monthly income of at least 40,000 THB. This requires an Embassy Income Letter or a 12-month Thai bank statement showing regular incoming transfers.
