✨ Hiring: Business Development Manager (Education Sector) 🎓
📍 Location: Yangon, Bangkok (with Hybrid flexibility)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the Myanmar market. This is a foundational role where you will be responsible for building our school partnership network from scratch, designing attractive education products, and collaborating with our marketing team to drive growth. 📈

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Partnership Acquisition: Identify, reach out to, and establish formal partnerships with international schools, colleges, and universities (primarily in Thailand and beyond).
🔹 Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure competitive commission rates and exclusive benefits/scholarships for our students.
🔹 Product Development: Research and identify high-demand courses and destinations for Myanmar students; work with the Marketing team to package these as "Winning Products."
🔹 Marketing Collaboration: Provide insights to the Marketing team to create high-impact campaigns and content that resonate with local students and parents.
🔹 Market Intelligence: Stay updated on visa regulations, scholarship trends, and competitor activities to keep our agency ahead of the curve.
Requirements ✅
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
🔸 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships, preferably within the Education Consultancy or Overseas Placement industry.
🔸 Proven track record in successful negotiations and building professional networks.
🔸 Fluent in English and Burmese (Thai language skills are a significant plus).
🔸 Proactive "Startup Mindset" – comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from zero.
🔸 Strong communication and presentation skills.
