Today is a milestone in the nationality change journey of our beloved AVC clients. After two years of close support—submitting documents, following up, and preparing every step—today marks the official interview with the provincial committee, including the Governor, Prosecutor, District Chief, and other key officials.
To help applicants prepare, AVC has crafted a set of guiding questions for rehearsal, such as:
🔹 How long have you lived in Thailand, and what have you done during that time?
🔹 Can you speak and understand Thai?
🔹 What do you understand about Thai culture and values?
🔹 Why do you want to change your nationality to Thai?
🔹 What will you do if your application is not approved?
🔹 What will you do as a Thai citizen?
Key points that must be clearly reflected in the answers include:
✅ Continuous residence in Thailand
✅ Valid work permit maintained without interruption for at least 5 consecutive years
✅ Proven ability to communicate in Thai
✅ Good character with no criminal record
✅ Financial and professional stability
✅ Thai family ties and genuine integration into Thai society
Because answering questions today isn’t just about “responding well”—it’s about responding with impact. If all goes well, the next station is the official declaration as a Thai citizen in the Royal Gazette.
Because changing nationality isn’t just about paperwork—it’s about transforming lives.
วันนี้คืออีกหนึ่งวันสำคัญในเส้นทางการเปลี่ยนสัญชาติของลูกค้าที่ AVC ดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิดมาตลอด 2 ปี หลังจากยื่นเอกสารและติดตามกระบวนการอย่างต่อเนื่อง วันนี้คือวันสัมภาษณ์กับคณะกรรมการระดับจังหวัด ซึ่งประกอบด้วยผู้ว่าราชการ อัยการ นายอำเภอ และบุคคลสำคัญอีกหลายท่าน
การตอบคำถามในวันนี้ไม่ใช่แค่ “ตอบให้ดี” แต่ต้อง “ตอบให้โดน” โดนในที่นี้คือ “ตรงเป้า” ทั้งตัวตนและเงื่อนไขการพิจารณา เพราะหากทำได้ครบถ้วน ผู้สมัครจะได้รับการเสนอชื่อเพื่อประกาศเป็นคนไทยในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
AVC และทีมงานจึงได้เตรียมคำถามเพื่อซักซ้อมล่วงหน้า เพื่อให้ผู้สมัครมีแนวทางในการตอบอย่างมั่นใจและตรงกับเงื่อนไขการพิจารณา เช่น:
🔹 คุณอยู่ในไทยมานานแค่ไหน และทำอะไรบ้าง 🔹 คุณสามารถพูดและเข้าใจภาษาไทยได้หรือไม่ 🔹 คุณเข้าใจวัฒนธรรมไทยอย่างไร 🔹 ทำไมคุณถึงอยากเปลี่ยนสัญชาติเป็นไทย 🔹 ถ้าไม่ได้รับอนุมัติ คุณจะทำอย่างไร 🔹 ถ้าได้เป็นคนไทย คุณจะทำอะไรเพื่อประเทศนี้
คีย์สำคัญที่ต้องสื่อออกมาในการตอบ ได้แก่: ✅ อยู่ในไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง ✅ มีใบอนุญาตทำงานครบถ้วน ต่อใบอนุญาตไม่เคยขาดอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ✅ สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้เป็นที่ประจักษ์ ✅ เป็นคนดีมีคุณภาพ ไม่เคยมีประวัติผิดกฎหมาย ✅ มีความมั่นคงด้านการเงินและการงาน ✅ มีครอบครัวไทย และปรับตัวเข้ากับสังคมไทยอย่างกลมกลืน
