1. تولي أعمال التحكيم التجاري وإدارة التحكيمات المحلية والدولية وتقديم المشورة لأطراف النزاع .
2. إعداد وصياغة العقود العادية والتجارية، وسـائر التصرفات الشرعية والنظامية الأخرى، بما يحقق مقاصد أطرافها، ويضمن حقوقهم تجاه بعضهم البعض من جهة، وتجاه الآخرين من جهة ثانية.
3. إعداد وصياغة عقود تأسيس الشـركات بمختلف أنواعها، وتعديلها، وتسجيلها، واسـتخراج السجلات التجارية.
4. تقديم الخدمات المؤسسية لأ
طراف المنازعة وفقا لقواعد المركز أو أية قواعد أخرى يتفق عليها الأطراف.
5. تقديم المساعدة الفنية والإدارية في دعاوى التحكيم غير المؤسسي بناء على طلب الأطراف.
6. تقديم المشورة في مجال ترجمة وتنفيذ أحكام التحكيم.
7. التنسيق مع مراكز التحكيم الأخرى المحلية والاقليمية والدولية.
8. التعاون مع الهيئات القضائية والعدلية و تعيين المحكمين ومتابعة تنفيذ أحكام المركز.
9. المساعدة في تقديم المشورة والرأي القانوني بخصوص كتابة الاتفاقات الخاصة بالتحكيم.
10. إنشاء مكتبة متخصصة في التحكيم والوسائل البديلة لحسم المنازعات بالإضافة لإجراء دراسات وأبحاث أكاديمية قانونية وتحكيمية على وجه الخصوص.
1. Commercial arbitration and the managing of local and international arbitrations as well as providing advice to the dispute parties.
2. Preparing and drafting commercial and normal contracts and all other legal and regular acts in a way that achieves the concerned parties’ interests and maintains their rights among each other on the one hand and towards the others on the other hand.
3. Preparing and drafting contracts of the foundation of different contracts, their amendments, and registration and extracting commercial registers.
4. Providing the institutional services to the dispute parties according to the center regulations or any other regulations agreed upon between the parties.
5. Providing administrative and technical assistance in non-institutional arbitration lawsuits upon the request of the parties.
6. Providing advice in the field of interpreting and implementing the arbitration verdicts.
7. Coordinating with the other local, regional and international arbitration centers.
8. Cooperating with judicial bodies and appointing arbitrators as well as following up the implementation of the center’s provisions.
9. Assisting in providing advice and legal opinion in writing arbitration agreements.
10. Establishing a library specialized in arbitration and alternative methods to settle disputes in addition to conducting academic legal arbitration studies and researches in particular.
