Our athletes have been pushing the limits of what seemed possible, setting new records, achieving remarkable victories and constantly raising the bar even higher🔥

V tokratni izdaji Sobotne priloge Delo je Blaž Tomažin Bolcar spregovoril o vlogi prava v slovenskem športnem prostoru ⚖️

V pogovoru se je dotaknil odmevnega spora Mustafe Nukića z NK Olimpija Ljubljana, osvetlil ozadje prestopa Benjamina Šeška v Manchester United F.C. ter komentiral pomen prizadevanj Ilka Stuhec za slovensko smučanje.
Med temami je bil tudi primer pobegle smučke Domna Prevca, ki je odprl širša vprašanja pravil, odgovornosti in pravičnosti v vrhunskem športu.

March was special for 🇸🇮 sports 🔥

From the skies to the water and the open roads, our athletes delivered outstanding performances.
Setting a new women’s world record in ski flying and securing the overall victories in ski jumping and ski flying were just the tip of the iceberg.

It is the consistency, excellence and determination of our athletes that continues to place Slovenia firmly on the global sporting map 🌍

Congratulations to all athletes, teams and support staff involved.

»Svoboda izražanja - med olimpijsko (politično) nevtralnostjo in človekovimi pravicami«

Prispevek se ukvarja z zelo aktualnim vprašanjem svobode izražanja športnikov na olimpijskih igrah v luči izključitve ukrajinskega skeletonista z OI Milano-Cortina 2026.

Na podlagi nedavne odločitve Mednarodnega športnega razsodišča - CAS Blaž opozarja na nekaj ključnih dilem, namreč

➡️kako daleč lahko gre olimpijska “nevtralnost”,
➡️kako se v praksi uporablja pravila Mednarodnega olimpijskega komiteja - MOK, in ali
➡️so posegi v svobodo izražanja sploh ustrezno utemeljeni.
